Coverage is based on your Adjusted Family Net Income. While the plan covers a significant portion of dental fees, most patients should expect some out-of-pocket costs due to “balance billing.” This happens because the federal government’s reimbursement rates are often lower than the costs required to maintain our high standard of technology and care.
